Are you wanting to create an environment of continuous improvement? Do you need tools to problem-solve or help a group move forward, make a decision or articulate priorities and goals? This session will introduce you to the Lean methodology of Plan, Do, Check, Act as well as a few specific tools to use throughout the PDCA cycle. The tools discussed are applicable in a classroom with students or in a PLC with staff.
